CLASS DESCRIPTION

1 Class trial! Open to NEW PLAYERS ONLY. Choose the date you want when registering. Sundays 12/8, 12/22, 1/5, 1/12, 1/26, 2/9, 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/23, 3/30 Ages 3-4+ 9:50am $29 without a stick $89 with warrior warp custom mini stick ---- This class is for your (nursery school, preschool ) "Almost Independent Learner"; children ready for organized play, whole group instruction with tons of fun. We focus on all basic Lacrosse skills; cradling, scooping, shooting all done with a variety of fun games & drills. Occasionally, a 3-4 year old child may be shy or in need of parent support for the first few classes. It is perfectly fine for you to join your child in the class to help him or her adjust. We suggest that children be 3 years old when they begin the program-- we base that on cognitive & motor development milestones. That said, it all depends on the individual child and what they are able to handle in a group situation. If he or she is in preschool, is used to group play and can follow instruction then they are ready to join us! We want both you and your child to be pleased with our program and to have a great time. We emphasize learning while having fun, using drills that build on the foundation of many Lacrosse techniques as well as sports activity in general. Our classes are carefully planned and organized to give your child plenty of attention in a positive environment while learning the wonderful game of Lacrosse. We will be keeping our class sizes small (10-15 kids, depending on age group) so that your child gets plenty of attention without feeling crowded. Classes are indoors & not drop off.
